What is happening with the episode race?

its been over ten days now I won every episode race without receiving my deserved gold bars. I wrote to the player support many times and all I get is automated replies. I reinstalled the game and lost all my lives and boosters and still not fixed. So unfair.

I won at three levels: 15710,15725,15740 and did`t have received gold bars. The support service offers options like exit the game, reboot, just like a kindergarten. I sent screenshots, but it seems to me that they don’t believe that this is possible.

Double check the responses you got from King.

They might have some info in them. Basically your first message is always boilerplate. The next one should a request for more info or something but it is always right above a mass of boilerplate that makes it super easy to miss and you would not be the first person to miss it.. or even the 8000th.

If you don't mind post the message content here from the first few or SS. Make sure to remove any identifying information.

Did you try to go back and replay the last level where it broke? If nothing maybe the level before 11030 and the 11045.

Basically wondering if you need to re trigger the original win condition.
