Not connecting to app store and I also get ads not available.

We've noticed some concerns about video ads disappearing or not being available in the game. We want to clarify that the video ad feature, like all ads and promotional features, is currently in a testing phase within the game.
This means that while some players may receive Lives, others might get Boosters or other items from this feature.
However, due to the testing nature of this feature, video ads may not always be available to all players or on all devices. If you find that the ads are currently missing in your game, please don't worry.
Stay tuned and keep a close eye on the game to know when the ads will be back.
There are a few key reasons why Candy Crush might be having a tough time connecting to the App Store. It could be something as simple as a poor network connection or as complex as an outdated app version.
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play store account
Start by checking device system status, then check for internet connectivity issues, VPNs interfering, time and date settings, DNS errors, outdated software, or network settings. You might also want to try restarting your device and signing out of the App Store.If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
