how can I restart my game to level 1
If you want to quit your current account and start a brand new game all over then the best way is to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. This will lose you your boosters and truly just get you into a new game. When you get the prompt to save the new game, make sure you use a new email or platform. You can also play without saving, I have done this many times and never lost my progress at all. It just stays on your device and until you delete the app your progress returns every time you open the game.
If you don't want to lose the game that you are currently playing and want to use that same game to start again at level 1 with all the gold and boosters then you will need to contact Player support to help with this.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
