First, make sure you had previously connected your game to Facebook. If so, just reinstall Candy Crush, open it, and connect to Facebook once again. Your levels should sync up and restore automatically.
Uninstall and reinstall Candy Crush Saga. Then, open the app, tap "Retrieve My Progress," and connect to Facebook. If Facebook's access to the Candy Crush app has expired, you can renew it in the Facebook app. Clear your game cache on Android and delete or offload the app on iPhone and iOS to refresh the connection.
