The blue candys keeps going on and on after the mix of two disco cookies, so the level can not be done. I have to stop it by myself.

Here because I'm currently watching the blue candies match over and over and over and I can't do anything. I'm on a streak for Candy Royale and have a super-charged colour bomb that I'm about to lose because I have to quit the level :( This was first posted in July. Why hasn't it been fixed??
is there any resolution been made on this? It is still happening.
Same is happening to me on this level and I’m going to lose my win streak and the big Candy Royal. Only have like 2 levels to go too. 😑

I know the answer for this! Unfortunately, Win Streak cannot be restored manually! We have to build it again even when we lose it because of glitches in the game😕

Unfortunately, the threads in the "Discussions" area are easily missed because so many players keep opening posts and these questions go into back pages! Unless, somebody gives a shoutout like you did now, it is hard to keep track of, Molly🙏
Also, if the player does not come back to enquire, it is usually understood that the glitch it cleared in their game!

This player posted twice about this glitch in 16606 months ago and I see no one has responded and apparently nothing has been fixed. (no wonder people don't stick around here)
I have now been sunk by the same GLITCH. After the keys are matched, the blue candies in the corner just kept falling.
Then I get OOPS! you failed the level. Well, I did NOT fail the level… the level FAILED ME! It knocked me out of the supreme candy royale at the final level before collecting all my gold. It killed my super charged color bomb after I had just earned it. And it broke my forever long win streak, taking away all the boosters. Something should be done to make up for all of this, I have never felt SO ripped off by this game 😡🤮

I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
