Game is stuck

I purchased 100 gold which hit my bank account; however, it says the magic is in progress but the circle has been going round and round since last night. It's stuck. Can you release it for me?

Also, on the Candy Crush, I cannot get the frog off. What do I need to do?

I am sorry to hear that you did not received Gold bars you have purchased for your game!

Are you still waiting for your Gold Bars? Since you did not mention the device you are using, I am suggesting what to do on Android and Apple devices⬇️

🤖 Android device

Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

Use this link.
Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps

If you are using another device and need help, please let me know by typing below.

With regards to the Frog levels⬇️

In general, we have to feed the Frog with the same colored candies as the Frog is. Once, it's tummy is full, the frog will start glowing! Means, it is time to move it to the desired area.

If you see a number next to the Frog in the "goals" of the level, it means that you have to move your Frog that many times!

If you can tell me which level you are stuck at, I will be able to assist you further.
