The boosters and the lives are stored on to the device local memory, which is not possible to transfer. Whereas the Gold Bars and the level progress are saved to game servers, because of which you can open the game on multiple devices and still can find those intact!
If you still have the game on your old device, please continue playing the game and use-up all those boosters, while collecting boosters on your new phone.

You can't. Boosters are saved to the local cache of any device, meaning if you ever uninstall/reinstall or install to a new device, the only thing that saves are gold bars. Boosters and stored lives from friends get deleted for good.
If you use a Kingdom account, however, you can avoid this issue as it does save everything in your game:

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
