Missing Boosters.

Hi @catjo, where are you playing the game? Mobile? Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.IF they were purchased boosters please let me know so that I can offer further direction.

Hi. I was playing the game on my Samsung tablet. I was automatically logged out after winning a level. When I logged back in through my Facebook account the boosters were gone and so was the level I just completed. The boosters had been won over time. I only use them when I'm having a hard time with a level.

Unfortunately, they do not reimburse you for rewards that you won. If you had purchased any of them then I could direct you to follow the steps on here for purchases:
