You don't have to remove the frog (it's not possible), instead you need to feed the frog until it glows and then move it once to fulfill the order.

You must play the level in this way:

1. Feed the frog by matching it with candies of the same color until it starts flashing.
2. Tap the frog and move it to the center of the x-shaped area to smash the jellies, as shown in this video:
