This level is quite easy and you have probably passed it by now @PhyllisJeff626627 , but I will just mention here that I like to use a different method to any of the videos posted on YouTube. If there is a frog and a dispenser that keeps refilling the board with blockers, especially liquorice, it's quite good to block the flow of these with the frog. So I charge the frog up, which happens at the latest with 28 moves left, after the first colour bomb comes out of the dispenser. Charge it by hitting the colour bomb against a candy the same colour as the frog. Then place it just one space below where it starts, just underneath the portal and the liquorice will stop filling up the spaces below.
Now I use any opportunity I get to create combos of special candies with the stripes or wraps that form, especially a wrap/stripe combo or colour bomb/wrap to hit the blockers. The game gives me lots of such opportunities and with the frog where it is it I need not worry about the liquorice any more.
Now with six moves left I place the frog at the bottom onto the last jelly. All but one of the dragons drop immediately and I have enough moves to recharge the frog with another colour bomb from the dispenser to move it one last time to allow the last dragon to drop. So on the next move I hit the colour bomb onto the green candy. And the move after that I move the frog to the row above where it now sits and that last dragon will drop.
I am not sure this is the way the game intends us to play and it will let us win by all manner of other mechanisms but I think this is one is the most fun.
