why has my photo been replaced with an avatar?

If you have a photo as your Avatar but, it is replaced with a Cartoonish image, there must be a glitch on the King Servers!
Please log out of the game — close the App — disconnect from WiFi — shutdown your device for 5 minutes — restart the device — reconnect to WiFi — reopen the App and log back into the game.
Your Avatar should appear now. If it's not, please wait for a bit as it will come up again!

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
