Hi.. I created a king account, so maybe synch the account but it's been so long when i started, i have no idea what the password is and the email.. I will contact support too.. thank you.
I also had the same problem using downloaded apps on win 11.

I have seen that many players (including me) are experiencing this glitch for some reason! I have created a King account and synced the progress a long time back, which made it easy for me to log into my Windows 10 App game.
Which device have you been using till now? Would you like to create a King account and sync the progress or continue to play on your old device and wait till the glitch is resolved?
HI I just bought a new acer laptop so trying to download on the win 10/11.. King is telling me the new browser isn't supported in FB
