I also had the same problem using downloaded apps on win 11.

I have seen that many players (including me) are experiencing this glitch for some reason! I have created a King account and synced the progress a long time back, which made it easy for me to log into my Windows 10 App game.
Which device have you been using till now? Would you like to create a King account and sync the progress or continue to play on your old device and wait till the glitch is resolved?
HI I just bought a new acer laptop so trying to download on the win 10/11.. King is telling me the new browser isn't supported in FB

Are you trying to use the browser version inside facebook, or you downloaded the android app on win 10/11 and you are trying to be connected with facebook?

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
