@bearwithme Hi. When I started the Candy Crush game, on a new tablet, I lost 25 extra lives that were given to me by facebook friends. How do I get them back?
Unfortunately that is correct. The same thing will happen if you deinstall/reinstall the game.
@bearwithme So basically what you are saying is that those lives can't be retrieved.
Hi - when going to a new mobile device, you will usually lose what you have saved locally on your old device (boosters and lives). Gold bars and boosters that were purchased are saved on the studio servers.
Sometimes if you have Apple devices and use iCloud to transfer between old and new devices, everything can transfer to the new device.
