I have tried everything you suggested to fix the "contact app store" not opening on my android phone and nothing worked. I literally can't play without it.

You probably aren't having the same problem as @smitherskathy1 @Kerrie
There are a couple of 'can't connect' issues. One is the iOS one that has a pinned announcement thread in the Support board. Another is the one you might be suffering from that only affects the end of level purchase and nothing else. The other one is the red message one that has been going on for years and that has no fix.
