deleted the app and lost all my progress when I reinstalled the app

I asked about Apple ID because you mentioned above that your iPhone said the game is being saved to iOS!
I have an iPad and I am logged into the game through King account. But, I have not seen the message you saw on your phone!
To restore your game progress, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team. You can do this directly from your phone following below steps⬇️

I don’t remember I just said it was saved by iOS but apparently it wasn’t I tried logging in with my Apple ID

I have an iPhone it said it was saved with iOS when I deleted it but it didn’t save my progress when I reinstalled it

Before reinstalling the App, did you save your game either with Facebook or King (email) account? Did you make sure that you are logged back into the game using those account details?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
