No, but seriously, don't blame the person who designed this fun level years ago. They did a great job. They could not have foreseen that the new team at King would take their fun level design and rewrite the candy drop so that it would no longer give you the chance to make colour bombs or combos. Oh, look at what this level looked like originally three years ago. That is what the designer had in mind:
