Are you not able to click on “Play” itself? If so, what is happening when you hit the Play button? Do you see any error message?
While loading, is your game closing and you see your mobile Home screen?
What is the model of your Android phone and which software do you have on it right now?

We do not have any other complaints! So, I would suggest you to check for the App updates in Google Play Store. If there are, please update the game;
And, look how much free space there is on your device memory. King games recommend min 2 GB. Otherwise, we will experience this crashing issue!
