This is your chill zone! Talk about anything that’s not Candy-related with other Candy players!.
My settings are on so that moves are suggested. Why are moves on these sugar-coated levels suggested when they can’t be done? I keep having to quit the level because there are no moves. I try all candies that are not sugar coated.
Below is my screenshot of the starting board. I have several possible moves here and I do not understand how you have not been able to find a move on your board. Does your level look different?
The game is flashing the three red candies in the left most column, but I cannot move those red candies covered by crystal, so I need to move the orange candy up to create the red match. As I move the orange candy upwards it changes place with the red and so makes that match.
I hope this makes sense. If you cannot move anything please show us your board.
If you would post a screenshot we could help you find the possible move!
Thank you. I understand what you’re saying. My issue is that I am on a screen right now and I have moved every uncovered candy in every possible direction and nothing works! So after doing this, I end up quitting the game just be able to try again. I’ve been stuck now for a week 😞
Hello @snight Welcome to the community. These ice/sugar coated crystal candy levels can be quite confusing to a lot of players and you are right that the suggested moves can appear misleading. However, if the game suggests that there is a move, then there always is a possible move! It is too far back for me to scroll all the way to level 4784 but the rule for crystal candy is: You cannot move a candy covered by the ice but you can move a candy that is not covered into the ice to make the same match. So if the game suggests you to make a match by moving a candy that is covered, try to make the same match, but by moving one of the candies that is not covered. If the game suggests you move a candy covered by ice to the right, then choose the candy next to it, which is not covered, and move it to the left. This would be a lot easier to show on a screenshot, so if it does not make sense please post a screenshot of your board in which you cannot see a valid move and I can show you which move you can make.
