I need correction and compensation for levels 16247-16251
I finished level 16250 to win the championship race but got no recognition. It went right on to 16251. Thinking maybe I hadn't finished the last level, I passed 16251 and then got the message to start the next championship race. I did not want to start as I need to build up boosters, but the screen requires you to click start to access the game. I play on iPhone and iPad. Checking the next championship race on the other device showed me with one game and another person already 2 away from finishing. This is in a 15' period. I checked a bit lateer and both iPad and iPhone show me at 16247. I'm being screwed. 8 hours later, it now shows me still at 16247 and someone else has won the race I already won. I request at a minimum the 35 gold bars. I was not given an option to increase it by watching ads, but that doesn't always happen. I also request to be set back to 16251 to start the next level.

I am sorry to hear that you are missing the reward from one of the Episode Race.
You will have to contact King Player Support team and request for your missing reward.Looks like you are using mobile device. So, please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️
- Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
- Look for Episode Race and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and Submit your complaint.
You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

I think that maybe what happened is that the game did not save properly in between you playing one device and then switching to the other. I also play on iPhone and iPad and it is important to always check that your game is saved before switching devices. If for any reason contact to the app store is lost at the end of an episode you won't get the gold, but this should then appear after you close the app and reopen it. For now follow PummyRaj's advice to contact player support. In future make sure that you claim the gold before you pass the first level of the next episode on either device. If you find you opened the first level of the next episode by mistake and only then realise you never got the prize for the previous episode then you MUST close the app/fail the level. If you pass the first level of any episode then it will automatically trigger the next episode race and then there will be no going back to claim the prize of the previous race.
Just in case you did not know: The other players in the race are not real and you will definitely win any episode race if you play the entire episode in a 24 hour period.

I was on the same device when it skipped my gold bars. Sometimes you have something blocking the screen and can't tell if there might have been another game before the level ends, which is why I went on. I only used the second device to take the photo. I still want my gold bars. I also had used 2 spaceships and a pinata and multiple boosters passing 16248 and 16249 and now I am on 16247 on both devices. King owes me BG, should give me replacement boosters, and move me up to 16251 to start there again. CC connection issues would not make the game go backwards.

I did follow PummyRaj's instructions. I got the standard email, then I replied again as instructed and put in all the details and 3 photos. Following this I've just gotten 3 more standard useless replies, even though I replied to one with all the details again, through email.
I guess time to quit if King can't listen to its players. I used 2 spaceships and a pinata to get by 16248 plus lots of boosters. Since I did pass 16251, I'm not about to start back on 16247 which is what my games now show without my GB and response from submission twice.
