Candy crush keeps freezing

    as soon as i get to level path the game darkens. See attachment

    I keep deleting and reinstalling and the level still freezes

    Hi there,

    same problem here (iOS 17.3.1 on iPad). Screen grey shades on level menu (it‘s level 6501 on my side). I can reinstall the app and play one level but then it grey shades again and nothing more happens…

    I already lost all my boosters because of that issue.

    Would be happy for help.

    So frustrating that its crashing after IOS 17.3 .1 update. Never had an issue before. Until today could close it, reopen and continue. Now grey screen of death blocking any access

    I’m still struggling with screen freezing. It loads but when I press play nothing happens. I’m still deleting the app and reinstalling which allows me to play but doesn’t show any events to claim bonuses. Frustrating and wastes lots of time.

    I'm troubled by similar problems. Whenever I get certain ads I freeze up. Rebooting does clear the screen but costs any lives earned but allowing the frozen screen to "cycle" itself at least will get me back to the point I was and I can access any extra lives earned. Reaching out to them I was told to try a few things, but it appears me that unless I am a member of a group those options aren't a possibility. I don't pay for anything extra and am not a member of any group. The freezing seems to be related to a certain class of adds. Ones made by more professional developers on't freeze but the ones for machinery, weight lifting equipment, restaurant equipment and some others freeze. I can have the same ad run in succession and it will freeze one time and not the other or it might freeze the first time up. Then it might not freeze for several times. There is no consistency.

    Hey Chrissy,

    I am facing the same issue now. I'm asking you this to make sure that if your game is ok now or not. I'm facing the issue from past few days like I'm playing one game the screen is becoming dim and freeze. Sometimes it's the main page itself it's becoming dim and freeze. Like o couldn't even click a level to play and we don't even have to talk about the tasks like you can understand that. Please reply that if your issue is fixed or not.
