I made a purchase that include 30 minutes of boosters but when I went to the next Level all boosters were locked. So I’m completely losing my Purchase I made

I beleive there are special levels that won’t allow you to use your sweet streak or outside boosters for the level, however you can use in -game boosters like Lollipop hammers. Is it possible to show the level you’re at? I’m at lvl 201 and currently I experienced 2 levels that don’t allow outside boosters.
