Missing my purchase

Yesterday I was on a level and was literally one step away to beating the level. So I purchased $1.99 for 10 gold bars so I could get 3 candy crush sticks. I already had 9. And with me purchased the 10 extra to get it. My purchased went through and before I could use it to beat the level that I was on. The app it self cut off of my phone. So when I went back to the game. I never got to finish it, and I never got my purchased. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hello @7063510153 this community can't deal with purchasing issues as everyone here is just an ordinary member of the public like you are.

To obtain a refund please use the refund process of the app store that you used to make the purchase.

That is if you used an Android device use the Play Store for your refund using the steps below.

Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"

Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

If you made a purchase on an Apple device follow these steps for your refund

Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps
