If you check out this video you will see that a good way to pass this level is to try to match the colour bomb on the game board with a wrapped candy. You will need a lucky board for this to happen, so start by playing the move the game suggests to you and keep trying the level over and over until you get the right candies to drop to make combos of special candies to break through the blockers. This is the strategy for most legendary levels, so I have added a more general advice at the bottom as well.
