what do i do if im absolutely stuck on a level?

That creature is the frog, and you can't get rid of it in Candy Crush. The frog order number is the number of times you need to move the frog. A frog order of 1 means you need to feed and move the frog once.
The frog is fed by matching it with candies of the same color. When the frog's stomach is full, it will begin to glow. It is time to move it to the desired area.
Now tap the frog and move it to the center of the x-shaped area to smash the jellies, as shown in this video:
