Candy crush wont let me in at all

My candy crush saga game will not let me in at all. Every time I touch on the app icon it immediately says 'Candy crush is not working' and give me an option to report. What should i do? I never logged on to my king community in the app and I don't want to reset the game and loss data.

    Thank you for posting the screenshot which will be very helpful to look into the issue better.  If you don't mind, I would like to clarify few things. 
    (1)  Do you have a King account for your games or not?  You mentioned "you have not logged into King Community" ---  King Community is different & Kingdom account is different.  Community is this page, where you receive help from others on various aspects.  Kingdom account is something that helps to keep our progress intact when we have any issues or glitches with the game;

    (2) In the picture you shared above, the message says "Report" -- Did you try that option?  If so, what was the result?  Where were you directed to report?

    (3) It might be possible to get your progress / data back somehow if you are able to go into the game.  So, your first priority is to enter INTO the game.  Hence, try to "Report" it in the link provided on your phone there. 
    In the meantime, I will try something else to find out :+1:

    For the reporting I reported to Google account and it asked for my problem and I reported want happened but they didn't really help at all. And thank you for helping me figure out a way.

    I am glad that I could be of little help.  Please post back if you need any other assistance with regards to the game.  

    Just wondering...  did you try to delete the App completely and reinstall it?  I know there is a big chance of loosing our earned boosters.  But, if it works, you can go back into the game and play!  Just a thought if nothing else works!  Also, did you check whether there is enough free space on the device memory?  It might not be useful but we will be clear in all parts from our side, that might affect the game app.
