26000 levels passed but only at level 3400🧐🧐🧐

This and last week's weekly competition has been topped by someone who I actually have as a friend, however I find it weird that the competition and this person profile says that this week they have passed over 20.000 levels, however they are only at level 3.400... (the same happened last week, it was the same person). How is this possible? Is this a bug or something?
