why won’t my frog eat candies
Ciao,avevoil tuo stesso problema poi oggi per puro caso ho capito che si deve fare con la rana quando smette di mangiare la devi semplicemente toccare.a quel punto scegli una mossa qualunque e la rana andrà in quel punto prendendo il colore di quella caramella procedi nutrendola e quando non mangia più fai lo stesso.la tocchi,vai su una caramella qualsiasi e la rana volerà in quella casella prendendo il colore e così via fino alla fine

Hello @sugarpie2 I am saddened to hear that you feel forced to spend money on this game. As you progress further you will find that you spend more and more money. So if you find you spend more than you can afford think about how rigged the game is. It is designed to make you spend more and more money.
As for your frog problem, did you manage to pass that level? I have not heard of the frog not being matched. On your screenshot above the first match should unlock the cage around the frog and then once that is unlocked you should be able to slowly feed it until it glows by creating matches with it. that is why I get very frustrated with this game but I like it still so don’t want to leave. But, I do get tired of buying gold bars and paying to pass levels! I guess I’ll just have to keep trying.
I also am having problems with this frog thing. I don't know what to do with it and currently have the option to pay 10 gold for 225 tries. I can't even find where to ask the question so that's why I'm asking on yours. 😔 Sorry. I'm on level 5125 and pretty close to deleting the game.
I can usually get 4 but frog seems to stop eating while trying to get the 5th one. I even used gold bars for extra moves, kept matching with like colors but frog wasn’t eating them

To feed the frog, you either have to match with other candies that are in the same color as the Frog is. OR use a Color bomb to collect the candies as the Frog's color!
Are you saying the Frog is not filling and shining for you to move it? If the frog is under "sugarcoat" the Frog can't be moved!
Which level are you playing? Can you show a screenshot of your level board?

If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.
My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please
