my ads to receive boosters haven’t worked in over a week. Just a black screen and an X to close it with no booster received. Any suggestions?

    Hi, over the past 3 days my Ads won't play on my Android Samsung S9+. Black screen only and cross to close. Missing out on boosters and free spins and extra lives. How do we fix this? Affecting my game. 😣

    Same issues with Candy Crush. Obviously a King issue. Is anyone monitoring so this will be fixed????

    Uninstalled game and reinstalled. Same problem exists. No videos to watch. Just black screen.

    im having same issues on my android.   I use these video rewards strategically.  im losing ground without.   help

    On apple ipad, ads for boosters/free spins/etc will play but won’t close when I tap the “x”. This happens with MOST ads
