I have been unable to connect to my candy crush saga account on Windows 10 for some time

I even changed the IP, but it didn't work

This error occurs: There was a connection error. Try again in a bit

I also updated the software, but the problem was not solved

I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem was not solved😭
