Did you check update game and device software update?
Try following steps
Clear cache your game, restart your device logout from Facebook ( try to login King account if you created , change your king I'd password, login King account). Then logout king account, switch off your device few minutes, login your Facebook account. If don't work try to mail player support area 'contact us ' . Mention your game I'd and mention your problems details.
