how to restore all the level progress in candy crush saga.I was not connected to facebook.

I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281

In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.

One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.

Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.

The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!

If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.

As you keep making progress in the game, keep the game connected to the same Kingdom or Facebook account and you will be saving it automatically.

Problems with retrieving your saved game?

Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.

Select this option if you are playing on an Android device

Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device

Didn't save the game? Is it too late?

If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.

If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.

What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

I'm currently experiencing the same problem! I don't think I had an account before, so I clicked "login with facebook" to save my progress (I was at level 350), it went to level 1. When Iogged out of facebook, it went back to level 1! Please help me!

You could GO BACK and REPLAY the LEVELS without RE-SETTING. Why RE-SET?

is there any way to reset Facebook progress? My sister used my phone to play and has now started on her own iPad... I would like to play it from the beginning. I emailed support but was not answered.

I recently had to delete the app and reinstall it and it didn’t save my progress when I signed in with the same email it said I was on level 11 when really I’m almost on level 800. How do I get it back?

Same problem as many other people, not logged into FB or King account. My progress was reset to level 1 today, didn't do anything.. Would be nice to get back to Level ~750 i have played this game for two years now and had to start from zero once already because my phone died

Hi @Cezdiamond! I encountered the same problem too. Lost all my progress when i created a new fb account. Thing is, i was not able to register my candy crash saga thru email. I was at 3020+ something and all was gone and im back at square 1. Please help me with it. Thanks. Lost progress.

I cant watch bonus video to gain extra boosters, the curtains open on the video then just a blank screen with an exit cross in the top right corner. Any suggestions?

I was playing on my Fire tablet, not logged in to either Facebook or King, and the screen went black. When I restarted the app, I started at Level 1! I have since created a new King account and have logged in with that. Can you help restore me to Level 170 and 6 gold bars?

i have the same problem that started about a month ago and I left it to sort when I was back.
i was at level 3800 something and now I have gone back to level 1
please could you let me know how I can get back to my level and any colour bombs/UFOs (I think I had 3 UFOs).
