cannot play anymore because of the grey/black screens that appears
Greetings @agnamilo! I have been having problems with my Facebook browsers too. Mine are loading at a snail's pace and there is nothing I can do about this other than wait for the problem to be resolved. I have also encountered your problem before. Have you closed down the game and the browser too. Close these down and then shutdown your computer. Start your computer back up and see if this fixes your problem.
If this did not fix your problem, then clear your history, cookies, etc. If this does not fix it then you can uninstall/reinstall the browser but with all the browser problems going on I do not think that this is the solution and probably would not help.
When both closing down and starting your computer back up and the clearing of your browser data does not help then waiting is the best option at this point.
