games aren't fully loading, loading circle just keeps going round or game loads but won't open

Just wanted to clarify that logging out and back in shouldn’t cause players to lose their boosters. Boosters can sometimes disappear due to other issues like when you delete the game app or connect to wrong account.

There could be several things happening here. Check to see if there is an update available for the game. Check your Internet connectivity usually this is my issue. I also clear the cache on the Candy Crush app on my Android regularly. If all else fails try logging out and logging back in to retrieve your progress but sometimes this will cause you to lose your boosters so that would be my last option.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
