I should mention that the main games that I get are Friends Challenge, Chokky Box, Adventure Path, Booster Wheel and the Daily Treat Machine. 🙂
I wish I got this event, maybe because I play on windows 10 PC, I don't seem to get very many side events to get extra boosters. I only seem to get the main ones. 🙂
It shows up in our games like all the event pop-ups. I'm sorry if you haven't seen it. It looks like this
As you know we don't all get the same events, so some players will see it this weekend, some won't. I hope you will see it soon.
The only difference with this event is that the timer runs down the moment the pop-up appears, so it is a matter of dropping whatever you are doing, so NOT playing any level you are stuck on, but scrolling back to easy levels you can pass, because you only get 45 minutes of real time to collect the best prize.

Can I just remind everyone that this is a great event and you DO NOT need to play new levels to get the top prize!? Don't miss your chance and no, I don't think posting here is going to make King get rid of the event. It's come back this weekend, despite all the positive feedback!
I know what level you are referring to Rhonda, but like you I'm not going to say. Like I said I have never had Don't feed the troll every week, so me being Miss hopeful, I think I might get it next weekend 🤤

All I can tell you about Don't Feed the Troll, it takes me 4, maybe 5 times playing an old level. You know I can't say which one. Under 9000. You GOT this!
@christinewupp Yes, I had received Don't Feed the Troll for months until now. Do I blame this thread…absolutely. But I don't blame you personally. I just thought we all knew better by now to not mention the good vs evil of Candy Crush Saga. Meaning not to say how much we love certain side games.

Hi Rhonda @Rhonda_L really nice to hear from you, missed you. 🤞🤞for the scroll down feature, it is such a necessary thing but obviously not many working for King are at the higher levels. Re don't feed the troll, I don't get it weekly, possibly every other week, takes me off guard and I scroll furiously to get to a level under 10000 that's reasonably easy. We will never know for certain how King check what we are saying, but of course there must be many who are also in the Community and feeding back what is being said. Shame we're not getting regular Bash for Bars as the gold Chocolate Box is often too silly for me. Can't stand Top That or Leaderboards so just do what I can here and there 🤗
@Rhonda_L You are correct. I'm also pretty sure events we report we are happy with are reported to the studio.
Nice to hear from you @Rhonda_L Now I am really surprised you say you got the Troll event every week. I didn't! I got it three times in total, and many weeks I did not get it. I haven't given up hope it will reappear. I hope I'm right. Otherwise, by all means blame me for posting about it. I did wonder at the outset if the fact you can pass this with old levels was intentional or a glitch. But actually, in the end I thought it's intentional and King want us to get used to using party poppers and UFOs so we come to see how useful they are, and then we might buy them.
@tr6465 Exactly. I've had this side event for 3 months, every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Now it's gone. Why?…I believe because of threads like this. People liking something and they take it away.
Y'all don't think King (aka Microsoft) doesn't monitor what we talk about in this community? You're saddenly mistaken if you don't.
I don't often post here anymore with help or 'go to' levels because experience has shown me they change those levels.
And, I may as well put it out there, @Carol-38 , there's always hope in regard to a 'go to' level option. I may be shooting myself in the foot, but Friends has a 'go to level' option. It's been there for awhile. It wouldn't be so hard for Microsoft to do it for Saga, right?

When I have seen the event it has always been on a Friday, then it also appears again on the Saturday and again on the Sunday. It does not show up every week.

I only do one episode per day and unfortunately almost never collect enough of the orange candies in time. So this event more or less just passes by. 😀
Lol speaking of Volcanic Panic… 20 days… it lasts 20 days… LMAO. Been through it a few times now. I kinda just want it to go away.
Yes, those rewards are rubbish @T0rr1e and I think it's just such a shame you haven't seen the "Don't feed the troll" event, maybe they only dish it out in our part of the world. The one good thing about the bubble gum event is that they replace the last level of each episode with a relatively easy one to beat. I am yet to fail one of those levels and never needed any boosters for them, which in my game at 16,000+ is very nice indeed!
Hi Deryck, yes, I think it is called Volcanic Panic, I am into the second round, but as you said the rewards are not great, I think I got 20mins freckles and wrapped and a hammer, for passing 4-episode races. I am not investing any time in it, but I try to pass the episode races in one go to get the gold bars, so the characters get freed as I go along Just freed Mr. Toffee, I think I get the bubblegum character next to get the reward, will see how it goes. 😀
