Hello @tata409 you will have to provide more information before anyone can help you.
Most of the contests provide instantaneous rewards once the contest had finished, so if you have not received one of these rewards and the contest finished over a month ago then you have probably missed your chance to claim your reward. If the contest is recent (the last two weeks) then you should contact Player Support for your missing reward.
Some contests provide monthly rewards. If this is what you are asking about please let us know which contest you are having trouble with.
