can you give hints for level 11523

I passed this level not long ago, and I can say that it's extremely luck based. To clear the level, you must quickly unlock the board and then hope for massive cascades to help you. Use the frog to hit the skulls, then jelly jars and frosting. Hopefully, the game will give you the chance to charge and recharge the frog quickly, but it's entirely dependent on luck.
The video below demonstrates how the lucky board for this level might look like. Sorry, there's no strategy to speak of. You just have to try it over and over until you win.
