I keep getting the blank ad again with the x in the corner. If you don't click the x, you just stare at a blank screen forever. If you click the x, you lose all ads and any boosters you were hoping for.
I had problems with ads not displaying any X button recently, but this seemed to clear since I updated my phone's software. I don't know if this will clear other kinds of problems, but I would suggest you make sure your phones and the game is always running on the latest update. If in doubt, such as near the end of a good win in Candy Royale, I would not risk watching any advert, just in case they hang up.

Hi @seanmh I am not sure what to say about this to be honest.
Something similar happens to my adverts as well, but in my case I wait for one minute then I usually receive the 'find out more' button. When that appears I know I can press the X to receive my reward.
Occasionally though after waiting a minute nothing happens and I have to restart my game.
I am that used to adverts crashing my game I tend to see all issues with adverts as normal and just ignore them.
WhWhat I'm seeing.
