I have been on one level for two days and no advancement

I tried the level few times and it is not that easy to win. But, it is not impossible either! I would suggest you to earn some boosters that will help with this level.
From the above screenshot of your game map, I have noticed that you have this special event (I have marked with the Arrow), where you collect Orange candies and earn some great booster prizes.
You also have Season Pass. Both these are great resources to earn boosters… especially, UFO boosters! For both these events, you can play old levels.
Please take a break from this level # 210 and replay old levels from 10 to 150. If you find any easy level that you can collect most of the Orange candies, stick with the level and keep winning. Once you have accumulated enough boosters, you can try your level again 👍👍

Hello @6692210878 ! I can see from your screenshot that you still have some gold saved up. Please note that the levels 210 through to 260 can be hellish to pass without boosters. These levels have been deliberately fixed by King to hold players up so that we will spend our gold to get past them. It is the legendary levels surrounded by fire. The best way to play these levels is to do as King want you to do and pay the gold to get past them. The game may also give you some luck and let you pass if you play all the starting boosters, as PummyRaj suggested. So if you get timed boosters you could try this level by adding the missing boosters. However, many legendary and nightmarishly hard levels will take many attempts before the game allows you to pass even with starting boosters, so rather than waste a lot of those I would suggest you pay the 10 gold as the game surely now offers you a hundred extra moves for 10 gold? Then watch out for other legendary levels ending in the digit 5, such as level 255. From level 261 the game gets easier, then try to win the episode races to make more gold. Good luck!
That is because you do not have any lives right now! It will take 30 minutes to refill a single life. So, when a life is refilled and you play the level and lose, you lost the life too! ** Please save your Gold Bars to use in Legendary levels. Don’t waste them to purchase lives.
I see that your Envelope is greyed out. Means, it is empty and you do not have any saved lives! If you have friends in your game, they can send you lives to you and you do not have to wait for 20 - 30 minutes for your lives to be refilled. Did you notice those avatars to the right of the map? Those all are players like us. Click on each avatar, and if you like their profile(s), send friend requests.
Are you logged into the game with Facebook or King (email) account?
