all day ive had this. works find on other games just not Candy Crush
I am stuck on a very difficult level (15163) and have just 4 gold coins and no power-ups. Several times in the past few days I have needed just 1 more turn to win the level but I cannot purchase any coins. This is insane and I'm not going to continue trying for much longer as my patience is running out. Why can't this be fixed?

Hi is anyone able to help us? I have sent in a problem to Candy Crush giving them all the details but as yet no one has come back to me. Its been 3 days now that Im still getting this error.
i have had same problem. tried all suggested fixes nothing has vfixed it.
This has happened on both my iPad and laptop. I guess they don't want our money!

I am still having the same issue just dont get it? I am playing via facebook on my laptop and still this even tho I have changed my account card in case it was that.

Thank you for your answer, but dont work. I have old laptop so dont use it to gaming. But I have to mobile phones,this one is Google and other one is a Xiaomi .
Be aware of all purge , and check with the site before accept anything . I do everything with Google pay and user iID first . Also because is a different gold who showes from gaming phone to laptop,big difference.
Hi yes done all the above. I play it on my laptop through facebook. All other games working fine and can purchase gold :/

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
