Why I cannot buy anything to finish my game?

Are you experiencing multiple issues in your game?
You have posted about two issues — (1) not able to buy extra moves, (2) not receiving rewards!
Are you not able to collect the Gold bars from Episode Race or Candy Royale?
Do you see any error message or a pop-up that says "No connection! Your prize will be delivered after you have internet connection" (something like that)?
If not, can you please explain what happens whey you try to purchase / collect your reward? And also, show me a screenshot?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
