How do I get rid of the spider on level 5632

Do you mean level 6532?
While it may seem like a spider, it is actually a frog. It's not possible to get rig of it. A frog order of 1 means you need to feed and move the frog once.
The frog is fed by matching it with candies of the same color. When the frog's stomach is full, it will begin to glow. It is time to move it to the desired area.
Now tap the frog and move it to the center of the x-shaped area to smash the jellies, as shown in this video:
