Well yet another level & from reading posts here more to come of a level with lowered moves. Why no explanation of why this is done. I would think you would want more players rather than having them leave. Guess I think wrong.

Hello jiffylady! I sure do hear you about the levels being changed so often it seems. I do not know specifics on why King changes certain levels, but I do know that they are very interested in your feedback on levels that they do change to let them know if it has made them better or worse, and if the players are happy or not with the changes. I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
