game freeze with super color bomb ready, can not play further.

I have not encounter this event, but my friend send me the screen capture

I have advise her to clear cache, no way, there uninstall and clean install lost all boosters,can play for several level then come with the same problem again, seem can not get rit of this super charger bom even, can any help?

    On what device is your "friend" playing? I've never seen the game's background look like that.

    I would guess that game is corrupt.

    My friend is an 75 old lady, play the game with Nox , I found she is using the Andriod 7,I upgrade the Nox to Andriod 12 , clean install the Candy Crush with Google Play Store, found the Super Charge

    activity was over, every thing working ok again.

    Thanks the old lady can get her candy again.

    I just realized what's going on in that image. The foreground is facing the right direction, but the background is upside down. The bicycle clued me in haha.

    Definitely was a corrupt game. 😆
