Hello @SHIV1857 I suspect what you have is a bug rather than a virus. The bugs are usually not due to your game or your device at all but are at King's end. Please could you share with us what effect the "virus" has on your game. If you could show a screenshot that would really help the most. Also please let us know which device you are playing, and if it's via Facebook or an King Email account. Thanks.
I Uninstalled and installed thru galaxy store(previously I had installed thru play store). The bug seems to have disappeared at least for now but I have stopped getting boosters. I have Samsung tablet s7fe. Four arrows facing each other inside a circle appeared at the right lower end of the game page and would slow down the game and sometimes remove the game page and I would have to open the game again to play. This in brief is my problem.
I cannot help or advise you on this I am afraid as I don't have the technical expertise. You might be able to get some help from Player Support so I would suggest you contact them. You can do this via the App using Settings (the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen), then click on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. I hope they will be able to help you.
