I am unable to continue playing Candy Crush Saga. I am at Level 12047 and when I try to play, the game loads but the entire screen is grayed out and nothing works. I tried reloading the game several times and I have also restarted my iPhone, but I keep getting the same results

Hello @Criner9191 Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about your issues. Did you logout and login back too? If not then please logout from your game account and wait for few mints and login back to see if you still find the same issues or not. If you find the same issues then write us back with your device name, version and someone will look into it and get back to you with an update. Thanks

I have tried everything and still get the same error. I have been able to play a couple times after logging out and back in after relaunching the app. But after one game of play, I get the same grayed out screen again. And I am unable to do anything. The fame completely freezes. My device is an iPhone 14 and the version of Candy Crush Saga is 1.286.1.1

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game with the Grey screen!
We have received few complaints about this particular issue! But, nobody knows why this glitch occurs! Also, there is nothing you can do to clear this Grey screen! Hence, I would suggest you not to reinstall the game, as it will not fix the glitch! When King team checks on their end, they are not able to find anything!
For all the players that had this Grey screen, the glitch cleared on it's own! For some players - it took a day or two; and for some players - it took about a week! Nobody knows which player falls into which!!
If you would like, you can send a complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can record it in their system. Please let me know if you need assistance with sending your complaint.
Hope the glitch resolves soon and you can play the game again🍫🍫
