I would suggest you to sent a complaint to the King Player Support team. You can do this from your game itself by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) you see in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
Scroll down to "Technical & connection issues" and click on it;
Select any suitable option and click to open it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and send your compliant.
