how come I cannot open shop on candy crush saga

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Store in your game!

Which device you are using to play the game? And, which version of the App do you have right now?

When did the issue start in your game? Do you see any error message or a constantly spinning circle?

I would suggest you to sent a complaint to the King Player Support team. You can do this from your game itself by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) you see in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & connection issues" and click on it;
• Select any suitable option and click to open it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and send your compliant.
