Ad wouldn't let me back in the game and erased all my advances

I was watching an ad for rewards and the ad froze. It wouldn't play and when I hit the back button the Candy Crush game closed/shutdown. When I opened the app to play everything I had earned was gone and I was put back as if I had failed a level. How do I get this fixed? I am using my Facebook login to play the game.

I would suggest you to report the Ads that are freezing or causing any sort of issues. Please follow below steps to send your complaint from your game⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.

Thank you for your help. However, when I try to select the ? in the settings window it does not open. The only icon on the bottom of the setting screen that responds is the chat. Is there another way to report the ad?
