how do I pass level 5633? I have been stuck here for the longest and I am about to stop playing this game because of this

I'm sorry, I don't have any specific suggestions for this one. I gave it a try and made about 15 attempts, some without boosters, some with timed boosters from the fishing boat plus a color bomb from my inventory. From what I can tell, @PummyRaj is correct and passing this level could require a UFO or 10 gold.
By the way, my version of this level is a bit different from the one shown in the video above as it has frosting instead of chocolate. I suspect this is the latest version everyone is getting now. This version might be even harder to win. The toffees on the bottom left are troublesome, but the double thick frosting immediately below the dragon in the top right corner is also hard to remove.
This is as close to winning as I was able to get.
If you don't have any gold left, then follow PummyRaj's advice and try to collect some boosters from Season Pass and Don't Feed the Troll by replaying easy old levels. Both events grant you a UFO, and Don't Feed the Troll even gives you a party popper. When you have a UFO, be patient and wait for a good board that allows you to come close enough. Only use a UFO when you are certain it will help you pass.

If your level is as shown in the YouTube video, then, it is a "Legendary" level!! Just like all other legendary levels, this level also needs couple of "special" boosters and/or some Gold Bars to buy extra moves!!
Do you have the "Season Pass" in your game? If so, you can collect the UFO booster and save it. If you have "Don't feed the Troll" event in your game, please do finish the challenge! It will reward you a Party Popper, an UFO and a Lollipop hammer along with couple other boosters. These boosters will definitely come in handy!
Depending on the Legendary levels you have in an episode, work on building your boosters and then attempt to play these levels!
Some players have a facility of "increasing" extra moves! The more times you lose, the better number of moves you get to beat the level. If you are one of those players, try to avail the feature, as all these Legendary levels have less moves and multi-layered blockers!!
