Como hago para que el juego siga, se quedó colgado?

Tengo tres días sin poder jugar, cuando entro a jugar se queda colgado, lo he desinstalado e instalado tres veces, y lo malo que todas las ayudas desaparecieron, que hago?

  Uninstall all updates to it also make sure it's compatible with your phone still

  Have you tried logging in from the browser king.com and play it from there
