Hi @stangzrock you can send invites to others to be your friends through your game, have you tried that. Click on your picture at the top of your map, then click on friends, at the bottom you will see Add more friends. If you scroll up on that page you will see Players with similar progress, Players you've teamed up with and Other Candy players. If you click on the blue circle on the right it will send the invites, you may get a few accepting your request. If not you can try it weekly and see what happens.
